If the customer believes the product to be defective after installation the customer must promptly notify tarkett and permit an inspection of the product. Tarkett warrants to the original purchaser from the original date of purchase and according to the terms below that the transcend collection flooring will be free from manufacturing defects and will not wear through when used under normal. Tarkett warrants to the original purchaser that the surface wear layer of its laminate flooring will not wear through stain or fade from sunlight or artificial light for the term of the warranty when used under normal residential traffic. If the defect is found and tarkett is notified in writing prior to installation tarkett will replace any defective product at no charge. For claims based on wear through the customer must notify tarkett and permit an inspection of the flooring. Otherwise this warranty will not apply.

If unavailable or discontinued tarkett reserves the right to select and supply similar tarkett material. Tarkett warrants that the products will not wear through for the warranty period of fifteen 15 years of commercial use.
